Ray had twenty PLUS (20+) years experience as a specialist recruitment consultant in the placement of Professional and Technical personnel. Ray brought a wealth of knowledge and experience, gained in his position as senior consultant within his previous place of employment.
As a Shareholder and Director of MCJ Appointments Pty Ltd Ray’s focus was to bring all this acquired experience, to make MCJ Appointments a respected and leading supplier in Professional and Technical industry.
Ray’s expertise was in industrial relations, marketing, tendering in the provision of temporary and permanent resources and recruitment services to both Private and Public sector clients.
